TEAM ONE TESTIMONIALS
Our customers are enthusiastic about the level of service, product quality and cost effective solutions they have received from Team One!
When we first tried maintaining our own repair services, we were lost. We had escalating costs and due to down time we almost lost a large portion of our market share. Since implementing new servers from HP, printers from both OKI and Citizen we were able to advance our market share and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Thanks Team One your a great partner!

We absolutely LOVE our new Holds printer! Our holds shelf looks so neat and organized now. We had no problems installing the printer; it was easy to set up and use. Kathy was extremely quick in getting back to me when I had questions about our prize; other than that we’ve had no need of customer service since installation was so simple. Thank you again for our wonderful printer – best ALA prize EVER!

BTW those hurricane dusters are the best thing ever. Cant believe we ever bought canned air. I purchased two Hurricane Dusters (see link below) to be used in place of canned air for performing service on our equipment. The dusters are rechargeable and have air that is actually dry. Although the brand of canned air historically used here doesn’t harm the ozone, it uses a propellant called “difluoroethane” which is basically greenhouse gas (see below). Believe it or not it stays in the atmosphere for 1.4 years. On average annually we use 7 boxes of 12 cans each @ $89.00 a piece =$623. WhileTwo hurricane dusters only cost approximately $150.00!
.1-Difluoroethane, also DFE is an organofluorine compound with the chemical formula C2H4F2. This colorless gas is used as a refrigerant, where it is often listed as R-152a (refrigerant-152a) or HFC-152a(hydrofluorocarbon-152a) . As an alternative to chlorofluorocarbons, it has an ozone depletion potential of zero, a lower global warming potential (120) and a shorter atmospheric lifetime (1.4 years). It has recently been approved for use in automobile applications as an alternative to R-134a.

Thanks for the update and checking in! I absolutely love my Metro Vac duster and very glad I went with the ESD version for the added attachments.
Thus far I've successfully used it clean my desktop, laptop, rc car, quadcopter, car ac vents and even blasting out dust in hard to reach areas! I noticed that there's a bit of airflow release in the middle of the unit but assume it's by design to help cool the motor (which is a beast!).
I very much appreciate your support. I told a few friends about the duster/my experience and they're considering making a purchase in the future. I'll definitely be sending them your way.
